Reservation:

Reservations are accepted in high season with a minimum of 4 nights stay.
To complete the reservation you should send a 30% deposit.
Once the payment will be on the Camping bank account, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation.
Please note that as long as the money is not sent, the reservation is not confirmed.
Delayed sending of the money may have the consequence of no longer having the required space available.
Due to the high requests in high season the Campsite implemented the following deposit policy that I ask you to consider before making the reservation:
in case of cancellation before 30 days  the arrival date, the total amount paid will be refunded;
in case of cancellation before 15 days the arrival date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded;
in case of cancellation within 15 days before to arrival date, no refund;
in case of no show, no refund;
in case of anticipated departure, full payment of the period reserved is required;
3 euro fee for the refund.
(By sending the money the guest implicitly accept the refund policy)
